I am new to this company, but what I liked was the speed at which they acted. From the time I filled the enquiry form to the second I sent over the requested booking forms. They called me soon after I submitted the inquiry form. They asked questions and explained how the process worked. They answered questions to ensure clarity. Then I was transferred to someone else called Marnie, who was patient, listening to my long and boring story, she took notes and made sure she had my details correctly, and then asked me to send over some documents and gave me her email. She told me once she received them she would forward to the legal team who would get back to me tomorrow. I went really smooth and I felt hope to be honest.
