We moved from New Zealand and required storage initially. We have just moved to our new flat. Throughout the process the communication has been excellent and the team are always helpful. When our furniture arrived yesterday the guys were lovely. Put everything where we needed it to be. Helped with the unpacking that we needed and even put our bed together. Amazing service. Hopefully won't need to use again but would recommend to anyone wishing to move countries.
