Generally an excellent service. However, if you have an excess you are treated unfairly in that the recipients are advised that Exeter is not paying before the customer has had the opportunity to even see the bill, let alone pay it voluntarily. To be chased for payment by your hospital/surgeon before you have even seen the bill is not pleasant.
