Went in on Saturday with my G/F for Lunch. We ordered two meals but got overcharged. We waited ages for our meals to arrive. Eventually my meal arrived but not my G/Fs. We waited a while but my G/F eventually went and asked where her meal was. It arrived a short time later. When she tried the food it was cold and I mean stone cold. By this time we had had enough and got a full refund and left and will not be going again
