Update-Oct24:A representative from the company contacted me addressing the two issues while finding a real solution as well. That’s how it should be, thanks Stijn!Old:First, they didn’t mention when the package should come nor postnl did, so I missed the package and had to pick it up from a postnl point 6km far from home after 4 days from ordering. I mention this to their support and all they did was just apologize saying it’s out of our hands.Second, the product I ordered in their website mentioned 2 tests but I had was only one. Again after contacting their support, they asked me for a proof after picture four days of using it. I told them I already used it then again all they did is apologize and saying sorry good luck!Customer support is not there to apologize to customers but find a solution or at least show you’re working on a solution so it doesn’t happen again.
