I have purchased a few items recently and spent a £125 on a new jacket I diverted the delivery to Sainsbury’s in Bitterne to pick up on the Saturday when I went to collect they said the item was not there I have sent numerous emails and tried contacting them on instagram and have not received one reply I do not have the jacket and I’m £125 out of pocket I put a complaint in with Klarna but they say 157 have refused it they still have not contacted me I will now be be taking this further until I get a resolution Scott carter
