I am extremely disappointed with my experience with The5ers.
After successfully trading and generating a profit of $5,600, my account was suddenly terminated and my payout was denied without clear and fair justification. As a trader, I followed the rules and put in consistent effort to grow the account, so this outcome feels very unfair and unprofessional.
What is most frustrating is the lack of transparency. When a trader performs well and becomes profitable, there should be clear communication and solid evidence if any violation is claimed. Simply denying payouts and closing accounts damages trust and raises serious concerns about how traders are treated.
I am not the only one facing this issue. There are multiple reports from other traders mentioning payout delays, KYC issues, and account terminations after profits were made . While the company promotes itself as reliable, experiences like mine show a different reality.
I strongly urge The5ers to review my case fairly and provide a transparent explanation. Traders deserve respect, clarity, and honesty—especially when real performance is involved.
Until this is resolved, I cannot recommend this firm to other traders.
