I am posting this after exhausting all possible ways to resolve the issue privately.
On March 31st, my $5,000 funded account was breached, not due to poor trading, but due to what I experienced as a platform execution failure and incorrect dashboard tracking — just before my payout.
What actually happened:
- During a live trade, MT5 became unresponsive
- The trade moved into profit, but I was unable to close the position
- Every attempt to close returned errors (e.g., execution failure / invalid parameter)
- After a long delay, the trade was closed only when it hit stop-loss, which I could not control
- The dashboard showed delayed and inconsistent drawdown values, not matching MT5

- Dashboard loss ≈ $300+

If a prop firm:
