Do not go near The brand codes programme and team unless you want to waste your time and money.Dealing with this team has been a nightmare from the beginning. Many of us have requested refunds for the brand codes programme which had been poorly managed from the start. It was confusing to many of us what value we were actually going to get and the support team would respond like robots with no concrete information. Updates from Afnan addressing our questions about the programme were not frequent at all and I felt like she totally dismissed her role of keeping the VIP members along on the journey. Now at this stage of the 20 members of the private jet plan, more than 70% have asked for a refund before the 12month programme has begun because we have all realised the 'value added perks' on offer were mis-sold and mis represented. It's been so stressful dealing with the support team and despite many requests and going back and forth regarding refund. We are all being denied our legal right to cancellation due to services misold. The stress of this has been so overwhelming without any care from Afnan or her team. Do be very careful when looking at programmes like this.
