When I first joined the community, I was genuinely enthusiastic. The leader has a charming presence and communicates in a way that empowers women, making you feel capable and ready to enhance your life. That aspect was very effective, and I felt motivated at the start. However, when it came to actual execution, it fell short. One of the key promises was personalized weekly calls for the most engaged members, which would have been incredibly beneficial given the commitment required. Unfortunately, to my knowledge, this only occurred once and was never repeated. Monthly calls for all members were also promised but were highly inconsistent. Schedules frequently changed, and many were announced just a day or two in advance, often at inconvenient times during the workweek, making it hard for working professionals to participate. There was also a commitment to regularly update course materials, which did not materialize. Updates were sparse, if they happened at all. Over time, several members expressed concerns about the lack of consistency and support. While these were acknowledged with promises of improvement, nothing changed, and the issues persisted. Months after the launch, a new community was introduced, leaving the original one feeling neglected. Engagement plummeted, support dwindled, and it seemed early members were overlooked as attention shifted elsewhere. For the price, the value does not match the cost. Although the leader clearly understands branding and content, the inconsistency, lack of follow-through, and absence of sustained community support made the experience disappointing. Motivation alone isn't sufficient. Ultimately, while the messaging is uplifting, the delivery fails to meet expectations. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this program or any others offered. It pains me to write this, as I truly wanted her to succeed. Her energy is infectious, but unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. Execution and integrity in leadership: 0/10.
