This has been one of my most disappointing crowdfunding experiences. It took an excessively long time to receive the initial unit, which, unfortunately, never functioned. To their credit, after multiple requests for assistance, they sent me another unit that was claimed to be an upgraded version, but that one also failed to work. This situation could have been bearable if their support had been effective. Initially, responses were delayed by a week or even a month, and eventually, they stopped replying altogether when I sought a refund for my subscription. They had promised a refund if the device didn’t work in my region. Shockingly, the same email thread stretched over two years, from July 2023 to October 2025, by which time I had given up on obtaining my refund. It's simply a subpar device with poor coverage that comes at a high cost. I ended up wasting both the subscription fee and the device cost, and I regret spending my time and effort trying to resolve this or retrieve my funds. Caution is advised!
