Bought a mystery box from them, waited a few days no emails of dispatch, so contacted the email on the receipt as it says any problems here is the email and phone, person who replied to the email seemed baffled as to how i had got their email address, but eventually told me my stuff would be shipped. The phone number is useless, no one answers, so a week goes by no emails no parcel so i kept phoning and emailing and eventually got a response saying “oh we have shipped your item but there is no tracking as we send them second class non recorded” (red flag) “but here is a refund anyway as we dont want bad publicity and when the stuff arrives you can keep it or send it back”. But surprise surprise no parcel arrived and after further digging it seems to be a likely story! So avoid at all costs and dont do what i done, use a reputable airsoft company!
