Appalling service! Should not be on the market. Avoid at all cost

Paid for express delivery. Haven’t received anything for 3 weeks opened case on paypal then seller contacted to cancel case as item being dispatched that day. I did that and he disappeared again. No money, no item and no contact. Avoid avoid avoid
