Review Time
First time I used this company I had no issues what so ever, order tracked and received all perfectly (this was a while ago). After seeing a Instagram story selling some EPM1’s I thought there wouldn’t be a risk, stupidly sent payment straight to the owners bank account via transfer and then all communication went quiet. I’ve tired to contact the owner a few times and been completely ignored.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!Ordered a mystery box from them, received the confirmation email and that’s it!I’ve emailed both the addresses on their website several times with no response, I’ve messaged them on the chat on their site with nothing back and the phone number doesn’t work.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
I ordered Mystery Box and it till has not arrived and it was meant to be here 3 weeks ago now and every time I email them I get no response. this what they siad to me Hello,Thank you for your patience with your order, we have had many issues go wrong over the last few weeks and by no means is this an excuse. This email is to explain the reasoning why your order might be delayed and what we are going to do to make it right!We were evicted from our warehouse as our estate is being developed into a housing estate leaving our business 'homeless'...Meaning we had no way of sorting out inventory to get your orders out and it was an absolute nightmare to sort through and reset up, currently we are working between garages & spare rooms until we get our next unit sorted (which is in the pipeline).By no means is this something that we could have foreseen so quickly, as an apology, we are offering you a £25 voucher off your next order with us and we hope to get your packages out in the mail within the next few days. I am not very happy with them and I will be not buy anything from them.
