The lesson plans were so thoughtful, practical, and perfectly designed to help me update my resume and LinkedIn profile, refine my personal brand, and navigate the job market with confidence. Everyone I worked with was amazing — supportive, positive, and always available whenever I had questions or needed 1:1 guidance.I especially loved the workshops, which gave me a chance to connect with other members who were also job searching. It was great to share ideas, get feedback, and feel part of a community going through similar challenges.The only area that didn’t quite meet my expectations was the We-Connect networking program — it didn’t feel as valuable or effective as the rest of the experience. That said, Ambitious Exec absolutely set me up for success and gave me the confidence I needed to land my next role.Highly recommend to anyone looking for structure, encouragement, and expert guidance and coaching in their job search! However, they will not find a job for you - you need to do the heavy lifting.
