Purchased an item in June, absolutely no contact other than the initial order confirmation email. No response when trying to chase.Found him selling the same items advertised on theantilife.com via the name SoulReaperCustoms on Etsy... and managed to make initial contact there - but still no item, despite many promises and unrealistic excuses. Excuses have included problems with company email, emergency family situation in Spain, DNS issue, move to different order system... to name some.He is now blanking me again.Avoid at all costs.The bio on here mentions the negative reviews are only from people who don't leave order number or reply to his replies - this is factually incorrect, at least in my case, and I have evidence to prove it.Order no #165. Purchase date 19th June 2024. All details provided via the only contact route I have been able to establish a response from - Etsy messages.
