If I could leave a ZERO I would . These people are HORRIBLE human beings Trying to get 249.00 for duty fees when the exact same item on ITALIST wanted 112.00 So when DHL requested I pay the hidden fee , unlike ITALIST they tell you upfront the total fees due at the time of purchase so I wasn’t aware of this fee and DHL stated if I don’t pay with in 10 days it’ll go back to the sender So I didn’t pay if it was a fee like the other company I would’ve paid So after days goes by I’m getting emails from them saying it’ll go in the trash and I’ll lose the duty fee plus other charges ?!?! What ? I have emails from DHL saying it’ll just return to sender and nothing about still being responsible for any fees . So I had no choice but to dispute the charge This is not an Honest place to shop The merchant is out to rip consumers off . Shop at ITALIST they have all designer items and all the fees are stated and they offer free shipping I’m so disappointed that I had to do this review to hopefully help other consumers like myself who were fooled …
