We ordered several embroidered backpacks for our company recently. The backpacks and embroidery are excellent quality. We will definitely order again.Unfortunately the communication throughout the design and order process was difficult. Our order took a month to finish and ship and even the design took quite some time to work out based on the way the company rendered our artwork. We never received shipping updates and there was some break in communication.Overall we are satisfied and would recommend using this company. That said, you'll need to allow plenty of extra time for the order process as everything takes much longer than usual.
