I just received my order of Gardenia of Tahiti Rasberry bud leaf absolute and Black Current Bud Absolute Essential oils. I couldn't wait to test them all on scent blotters. When I smelled the Gardenia I was immediately transported to an exotic and remote tropical island. The fragrance is simply beyond divine. A gentle complex scent with a fruity top , sweet jasmine like and orange blossom facets with a wonderful intoxicating honeyed accent in the background, soft petals and pillowy. Too beautiful and intoxicating to put into words. A natural perfumers dream!The Blackcurrent Bud absolute is very concentrated and tenacious and a photorealistic fragrance. It is sweet dark, jammy, berry- like with deep green accents.Rasberry Leaf Pure absolute is again sweet and jammy , Davana-like fruity top notes reminiscent of raisins and mulled wine, but with immense depth and complexity and all 3 items will need diluting to appreciate their full scent profiles. What a delightful experience.
