My experience was rather unique and a full showing of what level of professionalism this company operates with. Before that I will skip to what most want to know, the diamonds are true to their IGI ratings, they come as pictured when you design them and above all else extremely beautiful. IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER TO DO THEIR RESEARCH ON WHAT CARAT SIZE AND SHAPE IS SUITABLE FOR THE BAND WIDTH OF THE SETTING. Back to my experience: I ordered an engagement ring for my fiancé 6 months in advance to be extra careful. It was a very detailed ask and well made ring which I was willing to wait for but when the original package came to me, someone working for FedEx opened the package and stole the ring out of the box before resealing it and sending me an empty one. I immediately filed a police report to have it on record, called FedEx and reached out to the company however it was past working hours on a Friday night. I sent a video of how the box came to me and how the inside had clearly been tampered with and the ring was missing to the customer support email that night and also called to leave a voicemail. The next morning on a Saturday I received a call in which they confirmed that they indeed sent the ring and were going to immediately escalate the situation to management. The day after that, Sunday morning I got an email from Tayler expressing that it was unfortunate that this happened and they opened a claim with FedEx and demanded an investigation. On top of that the immediately began work on getting me a replacement ring and remaking it for me free of charge. I finally got the replacement ring and it is the exact thing I was expecting to arrive the first time around, they were even able to get the same quality, shape, color, and cut of diamond so I was super happy to get it!
