This is the reply I received back from this third party theatre company when asking if refunds for a show that was cancelled had been given: I am surprised that you feel the need to question my integrity. As I said below, you did not buy these tickets from me therefore I am not able to discuss the order with you. For data protection reasons, I will only discuss orders with the person that bought the tickets. I contacted x last week to update her on the order so I’m sure she’ll be able to fill you in and I am cc’ing her in this thread as well.In the future, you might be better off buying directly from a box office rather than asking your friend to book on your behalf and then you can be completely in control of the booking. Given the tone of your email, I suspect my theatre group isn’t a good fit for you, so I will remove you now.
