Absolutely Incompetent and a rip off.They screwed up the delivery address for so long I am sure that goods had expired by the time they arrived at their destination. They charged the recipient extra fees.The price of the goods I sent were EXORBITANT in the end.My suggestion is to avoid this company at all costs and if enough people complain, hopefully they will be investigated for over charging.
