Placed an order on the 21st of Jan and my order still hasn’t been processed yet the money has been taken out of my account. I have written 2 emails but no replies as yet. Phoned the number 02045250608 and got an automated reply saying this number doesn’t take calls right now! Really poor customer and overall service
