Order was never delivered. When you contact them by email, it's AI response, gives a case number, just stating it has been escalated. No mention of when you'll get a response. Then you get another invoice, which at first glance looks like you're being billed again, and have an option to cancel. You go to chat on their website, they tell you a refund has been issued, but hasn't. They only give you an option to reship, but they have to escalate it again. All I wanted was a refund. Regardless, I will not do business with BB Company again. Original order was placed on/or about Dec 6-8, it's now Dec 31.
