While the communication from BB Company was excellent, the shipping process is very disappointing. I would have liked to know that shipping to Australia is too difficult before I ordered and paid. I waited 5 weeks, watching the tracking the whole time just to be informed it was lost along the way. I was offered the choice of resend my order or refund and I chose resend as I really wanted to try this, but was told the same would happen again so I have to take the refund.
