On reaching out to them via the email mentioned on their website, they did not respond.6. They responded to the follow-up email asking for an unboxing video. Their return and refund policy does not state anything about unboxing videos.7. They never responded to the subsequent emails.The order was placed after checking the return and refund policy.It should be a lesson for others who seek discounts and get fooled by ingenuine sellers like thebeauty24.com.Please be extremely cautious and avoid thebeauty24.com at all costs. ADDITION!My previous review was on brandedfragrance.com. I faced the same issue with them.1. The mobile on both websites is 9294817363. Most likely, the same owner owns both websites.2. The business address of thebeauty24.com is currently in Indore. In October 2023, it was in Nagpur.3. The business address of brandedfragrance.com is in Chennai.4. No one responds when you call on the mobile number.Be aware.
