Two of the items I ordered were faulty. I have emailed twice, one of the emails came back as undeliverable even though it was the same address as the other one. I also checked junk/spam but there were no replies from them in there. I asked for the two faulty items to be re-sent but I have heard nothing back. Following the reply from The Beauty Crop on here I did contact them on Facebook and received an immediate reply. I was offered a full refund or gift voucher. I took the full refund which was completed the same day. I would have given four stars for this but I think due to the fact that they couldn’t send me replacements and that I had to use Facebook to contact them, a platform that I barely use and not everyone has Facebook is the reason for three stars. All in all though a good response to my initial complaint.
