We decided to buy our new mattress from a local family company hoping for a more personalised experience and advice due to suffering from a painful back. We weren't disappointed, not rushed, lots of advice, lots of choice and no pressure! We haven't actually slept on our new mattress yet but am confident we will get a good night sleep when we do.
