Ben has been an incredible online coach so far 💪 his approach is so personal - the way he cares and tailors everything to me. His communication is always on point, quick, and clear, which keeps me confident and consistent. He is always motivating me to push harder while still being supportive, and I’m already seeing great muscle gains from his coaching. Doing social media full time means I don’t have a lot of time spare so having Ben plan all my meals and workouts - takes off the stress of trying to manage it myself. I couldn’t be happier with the progress and highly recommend Ben to anyone serious about their fitness goals.
