In the 14 weeks that I have trained with Ben I have lost over 2 stone. My home workouts have been structured around my fitness level and I am currently moving on to phase 2 of the program. Ben has been there for any questions (no matter how silly I might of thought they were) and always gives honest feedback, which shows his knowledge and professionalism.
