It all started mid aug , bought a first class ticket , they would not send ticket for first 2 weeks blaming airlines after sending me confirmation emails and all wrong promises . Then they tell me the prices are changed and airlines will give me voucher for the extra money if I pay extra 775£ which I did again and surprise no ticket again . Then they say airlines needs to change ticket times when I called airlines they told me the company has never paid the money to them so no tickets are being issued. So again the staff from the company had lied and his name was Danny . Then when I got upset about it ,Rohan, manager comes in scene and tells me there was never any tickets issued and they have to cancel my ticket and will do full refund in 2-3 days . This was on 5th sep and since then it’s been a month now i didn’t get any money other than false emails of dates the money will be transferred . Plus the staff on reservations talks as if they own the company and they doing us a favour , well u gave us the offer of cheap tickets and didn’t stand upto your promise . This has happened to how many people I don’t know . I am getting my money back after a mo th in part payment which I got some last night and Rohan has been promising me this since last 2weeks that it’s been transferred . Which world u lot live in . Don’t lie and make up for the clueless and unorganized company u work for . Full of lies , never buy even a bottle of water from such liars . They are buying tickets from some other merchants who are bigger frauds , jokers
