Amazing customer service. I ordered my dad a subscription and his last box never arrived. I emailed them and they responded within 24hrs to say they were having problems with that particular month. Left it a few more weeks then went back to them again. They couldn’t apologise enough as it seems my dad had been missed. They sent his box out next day and included more biscuits. They also sent me a box too which I thought was a really lovely touch. Please, if you have any problems go straight to them and they will solve any issues you may have, instead of leaving negative reviews. I will definitely be buying a subscription again.
