We have bought Black Farmer pork sausages for several years and always found them tasty and good quality. Our local Sainsbury's doesn't always stock them and so it's been a while since we had them. However, I bought a pack a couple of weeks ago and the skins were so tough, we couldn't cut them, let alone chew them. I ended up stripping the skins off the sausages and eating the sausage meat on its own.I don't know what you're using for skins now, but it's inedible. I note other customers have made similar comments in recent months. I won't be buying them again, unless you do something about the skins!
