Everything was going smoothly until I had to return my order. I shipped the replacement pair of pants back in the same box as the initial order because the replacement box didn't come with a return shipping label. At this point they have sent three emails to me warning me that they did not receive that pair of pants, and I am being charged the full price for those pants. I have tried twice to contact them through their help system online, and I am currently on hold on the phone for 12+ minutes now and have not yet been able to talk with a living person.Customer service sucks, and a company this "good" should've been able to handle this return correctly on their end right from the start.Really hoping I can get this resolved so I don't get stuck with a $50 bill for pants I already returned to them.
