Absolutely terrible experience. I was one of the groomsmen. Went to the Nordstrom close by and someone did my measurements. Order comes on time. Didn’t care to check the order because I thought “they have my measurements so it should fit” Tried the suit on the day of the wedding and pants are waaaaaaaaaaaaay too big. My size is 31W-34L they sent me 36W. Had a terrible day at the wedding and asked for a refund. They said they’ll refund me for the pants. It’s like you order a pizza and it comes without cheese and they refund you for cheese. Terrible business
