Used Black Tux for a wedding in summer 2024. Initial suit did not properly fit and I requested a replacement. Replacement came in damaged (exposed and very poorly done stitching at the end of the sleeves). Black Tux did a terrible job working with me to address the issue. They offered to send me another suit jacket for an additional $40, or to give me $15 reimbursement to get it tailored. $15 is such a joke...... a tailor will not do ANYTHING for $15.If you do use them, be prepared for the worse. Fabric quality and fit (after requesting adjustment) was okay, but not quite there for the cost.
