I was a last-minute invite to a black-tie event. And by last minute, I mean 4 days. I went to several local shops, but not could/would help me. Heard about TBT and they had everything I needed-- AND could get it to me the day of the event (BONUS: I actually got it the day BEFORE the event, which really dialed down my stress level!).Everything looked fresh and crisp and best of all, as if it had not been worn before. The fit was shockingly good, with only the jacket sleeves being a little too long. However, to be fair, I have never had a jacket "off the rack" be the correct sleeve length due to my build, so I really can't count that as a "ding" particularly within such a tight time-frame. It was all super easy to re-pack and return. I was a little skeptical at first (would it be on-time, would it look cheap or worn,) but now, I can't say enough good things about the experience!
