This was probably the single worst experience I’ve ever had with a retailer.1.) I was charged to rent a tux I was assured would be sized correctly…it was not and had to be altered. Understanding that I would have to buy the jacket, I was offered a $15 voucher…for alterations that cost me $85. I then found out that even though I BOUGHT THE JACKET (for $220) I would not be reimbursed for renting the jacket ($119 initial expense). So I paid to rent AND buy the same tux jacket.2.) the Groom’s tuxedo didn’t fit, showed up missing components that were paid for and showed up dirty.3.) another Groomsman got a shirt that was the wrong size, and returned it only to get another shirt that was the wrong size.4.) customer service was wildly unhelpful, and completely apathetic to the fact that these rentals were to facilitate a major event in someone’s life and that this additional stress didn’t help the situation at all.I would not recommend this service to ANYONE, for any event. Wildly disappointed doesn’t even begin to explain it.
