The experience was great because the website was super easy to use, and there was a toll free number included if you had any questions. The tuxedo came quickly and the jacket was too large. We had a second jacket in 2 days that fit perfect! After the wedding, we got a reminder email when to return the tuxedo, a box and a preprinted pre paid return label, that was to be taken to the UPS store. It was easier then going to a tuxedo store!!
