Last week I placed 2 orders online. Separate orders on separate days. Items were shown as in stock. 3 days later I was emailed to say the items were not in stock. Both orders, different items out of stock. I complained. It takes a lot for me to complain. The only other company I have complained about is trespass and one look at their trustpilott will show you why. So anyway the response I recieved was not very satisfying. The body shop basically said because they cancelled my orders and no money was taken they don't have to honour my orders and then tried to upsell me by sending a link to their latest offers. When I am already very annoyed with the service to then try and push more sales on to me when I feel the 1st issue has been resolved unsatisfactory, has made this my 2nd to last worse online shopping experience.
