I have just found out today my order that I placed on the 14th December has been returned back to the The Body Shop by the freight company UPS even though my home address in Jersey was correctly given with the order?.The Body Shop sent me an email saying that the order would be delivered within 5 days, making it around the 19th December and in time for Christmas. I waited until the 22nd to call to find out where my order was as the tracking link supplied on the order confirmation email they sent me kept coming back as an error in connecting. No explanation was given why the order had been return back, but what really annoyed me was NO one from the The Body Shop had even bothered to tell me that I would not be receiving the order now?... So if I had not contacted customer services I would have been left in the dark and would still be waiting for it.This is appalling customer service, I was not even told why my order had been returned instead they just said that they could try sending it again but it would not be down in time for Christmas or I could have a refund. I feel totally let down as these 3 gift packs were Christmas presents, now I have to rush off to town on the 22nd December to buy replacement gifts... One thing is for sure I certainly will not be going to the The Body Shop for them. This is my customer feed back for the The Body Shop...Customer service ‘ZERO’... Customer satisfaction ‘ZERO’...Would I recommend using to a friend ‘NO’...Would I use this company again ‘NEVER.
