I absolutely love and adore their products however the costumer service and just over all the way staff treats customers in general is just something else.I can tell you many stories that I’ve got,but the most recent one winded me up the most.I was paying at the till and I was asked for my TBS card, so I handed it over- the girl swiped my card and literally THREW IT AWAY without even saying a thing, and handed me back a nasty cardboard one, so I’ve asked where is my plastic card and she said ‘we are ment to replace it as plastic is against our philosophy’ I have told her I want my plastic card back, but she refused!! Just like that? Without even asking me?! I absolutely hate that floppy card,and I don’t think that after this experience I’ll Cary on shopping with them. Awful!
