Worst customer service + WebshopI placed an order a bit more than 3 weeks ago. I had multiple attempt for them to say that something is wrong with the shipment and they should take a look at it. I was given a tracking number after 3 weeks later and told that I should just go to the postbox and pick up the packet. But Posten's app says that the packet is on halt because of a problem. I called posten and was told that Body shop uses the same tracking number for multiple packet that causes big problem.All in all, Body shop messed up with the packets and do not even apologize with their mistake. Their customer service provides wrong information, and they don't even bother to fix their mistake. I have been trying to call their customer service and have been waiting for an hour, nobody picks up the phone. I've been waiting on their chat support, nobody is there either. I am so disappointed with bodyshop how terrible their customer service, and how dummy their IT to generate the same tracking number for multiple packets. I expected that bodyshop to send a new packet as it is their mistake with the delivery.
