Very efficient service nothing was to much trouble clean and tidy job even the old boiler and all the rubbish was collected within an hour of finishing the job definitely my first call when a problem arises
From start to finish, the service thst we recieved was fantastic. Extremely helpful and informative offering us a range if options. Communication was great in all aspects of the work, from the initial phone call, to the visit to quote the job to the day of work being completed. The work was exceptional and I highly recommend this company for any work that you need completing.
Boiler broke down on Sunday , new boiler arrived on the Wednesday and nice and toasty warm by 3 pm Thursday, can’t fault this company or service received , engineer was nice and friendly and very efficient too, no moaning whatsoever, just got on with it.
Paul came to bleed my upstairs radiators today after The Boiler Club installed a new boiler in August, as on switching the heating on for the colder months, we found the radiators were lukewarm at the top. After procedure was done, all radiators working to full capacity, and he left us reassured ready for winter! After-sales service top notch, same day and no charge! Thanks Paul, you’re a star! Highly recommended.
We had a problem with our gas fire not working. Paul responded to my text within 2 hours with suggestions on what the problem may be and arranged a visit to service/repair visit very quickly. Great company to deal with they say what they do and do what they say, if only all companies provided this level of customer service.
We had fairly complex problems with a new boiler because our meter was inadequate for the uprated boiler We also had some ancient lead piping with out -of-date fittings. Paul sorted that out for us with no fuss.Mike & Chris, the engineers did some of the neatest pipe work I have ever seen. Real artists!Everything cleaned up and all mess & debris removed at the end.Price reasonable.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
What a joy to find this company! From the start the communication and advice was prompt and professional from both Paul and Mike. Mike and Ged worked at our property and I cannot praise them enough for the quality of their work, consideration for my home and finding the best solution for replacing the LPG heating with an air source heat pump system. They were wonderful guys to have around, arrived on time, always with a positive attitude where nothing was too much trouble. They were also super considerate around my dogs and keeping them safe and happy around the work. I would welcome them back for any future work without hesitation.
