As others have indicated, I'm trying to claim my winnings, but they keep asking for more information. Now they're saying that the card I provided a photo of doesn’t match the one I used for purchases, even though it's the ONLY card I use for online sweepstakes! I even shared a statement for that card, yet they claim they can't see the transaction that is clearly visible! I will update my review if I ever receive my payment... But based on my experience so far, there are better platforms that don't have these issues when redeeming.
