As mentioned by others, I'm trying to claim my winnings, and they keep asking for more information. They are now saying that the card I provided a picture of does not match the one I used for my purchases, despite it being my ONLY card for online sweepstakes! I even submitted a statement for that card, but they act as if they can't find the clearly visible transaction! I will update my review if I eventually receive my payment... However, based on my current experience, there are more reliable platforms without these redemption issues.
