As a frequent player in many casino's, I pretty much read the reviews but decided to find out on my own because sometimes the reviews are not necessarily correct. Not the case here! First, after winning over $150, I requested a redemption. Immediately, it popped up saying I'm in an illegal state (I'm NOT). Finally, it allowed me back in and I made my request again. It immediately dropped to balance after redemption. By the next day, the full amount was back so I requested again, which was denied. They then told me it was due to my requesting again when the initial request was under review. So why did it disappear, then reappear the full amount?? Then I was told that my initial request was under review pending 10 days. 10 DAYS!! Absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. I'll consider changing my review after (or IF) I receive my redemption. It's a shame because I really like the game selection and rewards!
