Super slow at redeems still waiting for my redeem to be approved contact customer service they give you generic response like they're copy and pasting from a screen I would like to get my redeem instead of a generic response from customer service there's other casinos out there that are way more busier and still get the redeems done you got to go through hoops to get verified you got to take a screenshot with your ID in front of you has to be perfect you have to have a bill and PDF form they want you to do all this stuff to get verified but don't want to give you your redeem on time still waiting on my redeem by the way
