I have been trying to play all day after depositing money and have been getting error message after error message. Sometimes the messages are about my wallet being disconnected (I don’t have one connected in the first place), other times I’m told to contact customer support. This has happened on two mobile networks (ATT and Verizon) both with four bars on 5G and on four different WIFI networks all of which have been tested and have speeds of over 100mbps. I’ve tried two browsers, logged out, cleared my cache and nothing works. When I tried to contact customer support as the error message instructed I was connected to someone named Michelle who just told me to do the things I had already done and said everything was fine on her end before disconnecting the chat. The interface is fine and the game selection is decent but what does that matter when you can’t play and support isn’t interested in helping?
