Cant add debit card or bank for redemption...

Trying to make a redemption... but not even able to add a debit card or bank account to complete redeem request. Makes no sense why my debit card from previous redemption isnt even showing up. Customer support says I need to wait for a response from Payments team which can take 24 hours. I cant help but feel like this is done on purpose to delay being able to make redemptions. When I needed to add a debit card to make a purchase it certainly didnt require 24 hours, I'm remember they were pretty quick to get it done so I could make a purchase. Slow redemptions are my kryptonite. And I also dont like that no reason is provided for why I cant add debit card or bank account to complete my redemption request.
